My Story

I have been a dedicated masseuse for over 10 years, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of body mechanics to my practice. Recently, I expanded my expertise by earning a BSc Hons degree in Physiotherapy, and I am now a chartered Physiotherapist, proudly registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. In addition to my private practice, I also work for the NHS, allowing me to stay at the forefront of medical advancements and provide comprehensive care. My background enables me to blend traditional massage techniques with advanced physiotherapy practices, ensuring a holistic approach to your care and well-being.

I have also partnered with the Hampshire Tour Series, supporting their cyclists at events throughout the year, and with Delta Tri, working closely with triathletes. These collaborations enable me to apply my skills in a dynamic, high-performance environment, further enhancing my ability to assist clients in achieving their fitness and recovery goals
